How to Hear John Gray joke from Nov 27th Meeting
I added a video with a rather good joke John Gray told as Sergeant last week. I heard from a number of members that they couldn't see Johns picture... so they couldn't hear the joke.
If you couldn't see the picture, the reason was because you were viewing it in you email program and not online. Over the past few years there has been quite a few videos in the bulletin...and subsequently a short article in the bulletin titled Read the Bulletin Online . I have reprinted it in this bulletin in the left column. Please read it if you haven't yet. Do what it says and you will hear John's joke, which I have reprinted below.
John then told a rather good joke.....Click on the photo below to hear John tell his joke.

Sergeant Peter ClucasDec 4th
Sergeant Peter came to the podium and reminded members to Bring Your Own drinks to the party and Wollundry is paying for the food and it will not cost the members anything to attend. Peter said that correct numbers were needed for catering.
Peter switched to his Sargeant role and said it was funny when you are prepared for the sergeant role and have people in mind … they don’t show up. Peter asked Pat Ingram to stand up and explain his recent injuries involving a cat.
Peter asked all members who have not purchased a Christmas Cake from Paul Milde to pay up. All those members who do not have a Christmas tree up were fined. Peter talked about how great the members of this club were but he said that he had to fine David Foster, Darren Wallace and Nick Leywood for being mean to Mark Hillis who is still sulking.
David Benn has putting in some ordinary performances lately. Peter said that all members who put in a coin at the beginning of the Sargeant session … that is a donation.... and if they are mentioned by the Sargeant … that is a additional fine.
He also fined Doug Conkey for breaking over 100 at golf.
Financial Report
President James introduced Adrian Whiting, treasurer of the club. Adrian gave an overview of the financial situation of the club, specific copies of the financial statement are available if you contact Adrian directly. Adrian said that the Community Account was healthy and this is a quiet time of the year.
He encouraged members if they knew of any community organisations that needed money to encourage them to apply so that Wollundry can spread the money around.
President James said that last year’s financial report is back and passed by the Auditors. Various motions were moved and passed.
Donations to Individuals
David Byfield came to the podium and talked about Food and Wine, which is scheduled for March 23rd, and asked that members who have RSA’s …make sure they are current. He also encouraged members who wanted to obtain their RSA , that the club would assist financially and it would be greatly appreciated.
David brought up the subject of whether the club should change the current policy from giving a donation only to an organisationan and not an individual. Much discussion ensued and it was moved and passed that the Board will review whether in special cases money can be given to an individual for medical reason. The board ill report back to the members.
Attendance and Makeups
Paul Milde came to the podium to discuss attendance. He said that in the past RI said that a member needed to maintain 65% attendance. That has all changed, but Wollundry has in their constitution that members need to maintain 50% to stay a member.
Paul talked about how to make make-ups that help if meetings can’t be made. If new members have any questions … please see Paul Milde.
Part time Clerical Worker
James Hamilton came to the podium with the last motion of Wollundry hiring a part-time clerical worker to help with the admin of the Food and Wine and Gear’n’Beers.
Much discussion ensued and it was passed that it be a 12 month trial and the job would be closed to Wollundry members.
